Hank:

On the 26 of May, I had surgery and a couple days later I had some complications and needed emergency assistance. My daughter was with me and I told her to call 911 and then to turn on the Emergency light. When the ambulance arrived, they said that having the flashing light was the best thing. They said that without it, they would have had a hard time finding the house. Thank you

We have used the light once when we heard some shots fired in the neighborhood. The deputies who came were really impressed with the light!

Dear Mr. Hermosillo,

My parents who are in their 80's and 90's have had an Emergency Beacon bulb for some years now.
Several times they have had to summon  EMT's in the middle of the night.  Because they live on a small street with no outlet few people know where their street is--even the EMT's.  The blinking beacon was such a help in the dark of the night as the ambulance searched for their house.  My parents believe in this beacon wholeheartedly.

Sincerely,

As you know our subdivison acquired emergency light bulbs for 49 indivdual homes. Each home has been given one, and we've had two emergencies since last October
It turned out I was the first person needing help. I started having severe pains in my leg about 10:00 pm. My wife called 911. She then switched on the emergency light.
Our subdivison has 49 homes on a "C" shaped street.  All the homes look alike, and at night it's hard to see the addresses. The ambulance got here in record time, and the driver was able to identify the specific house because of the flashing light. I'm sure it would have taken many more minutes to find our house, had it not been for the flashing light. I think it's a wonderful tool and I am a firm believer that everyone should have one.

We have had to use the flashing light two times. It was a comfort to me thinking the flashing light bulb would make it easier for the ER personal (who are amazing in what they do) to find our home. The flashing light made a difference in arriving as quickly as possible.

On January 10, 2009,  Mrs. Miller related this comment to me. " Since I placed the Emergency beacon light at my window in October 2008, I have had to use it. I had trouble with breathing and had to call 911. The bulb was very helpful in showing the emergency responder where to come to. I am very happy that I have it.

Fireman
1259 Cave Springs Boulevard
St Peters, Mo

While at an open house at fire station 1259 Cave Springs Boulevard, a fireman told me about this emergency call they had. They were responding to a 911 call in the Turnberry subdivision. As they turned into the street the right seat fireman said "OK, we are on the street, now we have to find the house". The driver (who is the person telling me this story) said "No problem, there it is, the one with the flashing light"
This fireman was so impressed with how the emergency beacon saved them time finding the home, that he gave a donation and asked for a bulb to put on his mother's home.
